Self Certificates
You should not require a sick certificate from a clinician for the first 7 days of your sickness. However, your employer may require you to complete a self-certificate (SC2)
For any illness lasting longer than 7 days you may need to see or speak to a clinician to obtain a sick certificate or for subsequent renewals. All requests for sick certificates must be submitted via AccuRx Triage.
