IMPORTANT; Rise In Missed Appointments.

We know life gets busy & things come up 

But when appointments aren’t cancelled, it means someone else misses out on vital care! 

In our practice alone, there are at least 70 DNAs (Did Not Attend) a week, for each missed appointment it costs the NHS up to £50. If for example, 100 patients DNA in one month that’s £3000 – £5000 of wasted NHS resource at one practice!

Please help us keep things running smoothly for everyone, if you need to cancel you can do by: 

• Calling us on 0208 850 5141

• Cancelling via the NHS app or your chosen GP online service.

• Submitting an online request if you are cancelling with at least 3 days notice.

• Cancelling once you receive your appointment reminder by SMS.
