Dr Dermot Kenny

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr Dermot Kenny.

Dr Kenny joined Court Yard Surgery as a partner in 1990, when it was still based at the Court Yard premises. He retired from Eltham Medical Practice in 2016, at the age of 59.

Throughout his career, he was a dedicated and long-serving member of the LMC for Greenwich, where he was a passionate advocate for grassroots GPs. His commitment played a vital role in shaping the delivery of clinical services for the residents of Greenwich over many years.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Kenny was a devoted Arsenal supporter and season ticket holder, and he enjoyed playing golf.

Alongside Dr. Campbell, he laid the foundations of what is now Eltham Medical Practice.
