Registered GP
Since April 2015 we have been required by the Government under the terms of the GP contract to allocate all our patients a named accountable GP, also at times known as your registered GP.
When you register at the practice, your named GP will be one of our Partners, either Dr Chauhan or Dr Siva. Having a “named GP” does not mean that this is the only doctor or clinician at the practice who will provide you with care. You will be able to see any available clinician, as our practice takes responsibility for your care as a whole and our computer clinical system holds your up-to-date medical record that can be viewed by all our doctors and nurses whenever you consult them.
Find Your NHS Number
Sometimes when filling in online forms or speaking with our staff, you may be asked for your NHS number.
This online tool will help you find your number if you do not know it.
